Import License Support for Explosion-Proof Equipment in Taiwan
Even if an explosion-proof product has already obtained Taiwan Explosion-Proof Certification (Ex Certification), an Import License (Letter of Authorization) is still required when the product is imported through channels other than the officially authorized distributor.

In addition, an Import License is also required for importing certain IECEx-certified products that are exempt from Taiwan Explosion-Proof Certification.
